Coaching Training

Why Coaching?

Coaches provide an on-going partnership to help people discover fulfillment and strategies in their personal lives and ministries. Coaches use focused conversation
to create an environment that results in growth, action, and improvement. This training seminar is the Christian coach’s opportunity to develop coaching skills in business or ministry using case studies and coaching models. It is also a chance to extend the reach of God’s kingdom and the Gospel though the coach-approach to evangelism and discipleship.

After this seminar you will be able to:

  • Understand the foundational concepts of coaching to be used in the context of ministry.
  • Define and distinguish coaching skills and process for use in ministry.
  • Apply basic coaching concepts in coaching others with an attitude of serving.
  • Address situations from a variety of levels for the benefit of the person being coached.

Please note: The Basics in Leadership Coaching Seminar is required for all future coachwork with the Church Mulitplication Network.
